Information You Explicitly Provide/Request:

- Order Form for The Business Crime Solution newsletter and/or the Online Education Centre

To process your order, we require information such as your name, billing address, phone number, email address, shipping address, etc. The information we do collect is solely for the purposes of processing your order, customizing the On-Line Education Centre to your specific needs, or for contacting you in case of problem.

- Training (COMPLY-LMS)

In order to meet FINTRAC Anti-Money Laundering & Anti-Terrorist Financing (AML/ATF) requirements, clients sign an engagement with ABCsolutions to receive access to reporting entity training and testing resources hosted on COMPLY-LMS. At no time is personal information collected.

- Compliance Reviews & Additional Services

A formal agreement (engagement and schedule of activities) between the client and ABCsolutions is signed providing consent. This information is only used for the purposes for which it was gathered.

- E-mail Notification

If you supply us with your email address for our E-mail Notification Services, we do not provide your email address TO ANY THIRD PARTIES. Nor will we send unsolicited emails to your address. Your email address is strictly used for the purposes outlined in the email notification section. You may also cancel the notification system at anytime.

- Credit Card Information

If you supply us with your credit card information, you must first formally agree in writing to provide us consent for processing your credit card. A signed invoice/approval would be processed using our secure access to Moneris Gateway. The receipt is sent directly from Moneris to the client. ABCsolutions never enter this credit card information in any other destination. Paper copies and receipts are protected by specific safeguards.

ABCsolutions' Privacy Policy

ABCsolutions values you as a client and takes your personal privacy information seriously. As such, we would like to inform you of our policies for collecting, using, securing, sharing, retaining, and disposing nonpublic personal information. Our principles for protecting your personal information are based on the Canadian Standards Association Model Code as set out in Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA)and ensures that we meet fair information practices.


What Is personal information?

It is information about an identifiable individual and can include such things as: Gender; Race; Ethnic Origin; Colour; Age; Marital Status; Religion; Education; Health Records; Criminal Records; Income; Credit Records; Assets; Liabilities; Source of Funds; Employment History; Financial History; Personal Opinions; and/or Social Insurance Number. It does not include the name, title, business address, business email address, or business telephone number of an employee of an organization; nor is publicly available information (e.g., information found in a telephone book).


What does your privacy mean to us?

ABCsolutions DOES NOT collect personal identifiable information as defined under the PIPEDA.


Sharing of information

At no time do we rent, share, or otherwise make your personally identifiable information available to any third party organizations for commercial purposes.


What are our safeguards for protecting your information?

Our security safeguards protect all information against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, use, copying, modification, disclosure, or disposal. ABCsolutions protects all information regardless of the format in which it is held. Only specific personnel can access information that is required to undertake their job responsibilities.
